Hi, I’m Candice,
After nearly a decade working in multinational pharmaceutical manufacturing, I saw first-hand the operational challenges many manufacturers face.
My experience spans from the factory floor to senior leadership, where I drove operational excellence across the supply chain. Using Lean Six Sigma and cultural transformation, I worked to eliminate cost leakage, repair broken processes, reduce waste & help leadership teams move from constant firefighting to focused execution.
As a qualified Pharmacist & Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I bring strong technical capability to complex environments where quality, compliance, and consistency are critical.
Our Story
OpsReforge was established in 2025 in response to the growing operational pressure facing South African manufacturers. Rising costs, fragile supply chains, unreliable infrastructure & a shortage of skilled labour make it increasingly difficult for manufacturing businesses to operate consistently and grow sustainably.
At the same time, manufacturing remains one of South Africa’s most important economic contributors. It creates jobs, attracts investment, and strengthens export capability. OpsReforge exists to support manufacturing leaders in building operations that perform reliably. This is achieved by strengthening leadership alignment, execution discipline & operational performance so that results hold even in challenging conditions.
